Our Story
How Polley's Perfect Seasons Got Started
Polley's Perfect Seasons opened its doors in 1995 as a family-owned HVAC and water heater company serving Plainfield and the surrounding Hendricks County communities. Three decades later we're still family-owned - just bigger, with two locations and a full team of certified technicians.
Today the business is led by Zach Hansel, who married into the Polley family and has taken the reins from his father-in-law. Zach grew up around the trade and runs the company with the same standards the family built it on: answer your own phones, show up on time, fix it right the first time, and stand behind every job.
We bring the personal touch of a small company with the capabilities of a much larger one - and we back our installs with one of the strongest warranties in Indiana.

Zach married into the Polley family and has taken the reins of the business from his father-in-law. He leads day-to-day operations from the Clayton shop, still runs service calls, and personally reviews every install quote that goes out the door.
