Tank in the garage is puddling, hot water runs out before the last shower, or your unit clicked past year ten. You're in the right place. We keep standard sizes on the truck and most swaps finish the same day you call.

Tank, tankless, or hybrid - which is right?
A standard tank is the lowest up-front cost, simplest to install, and a great fit if your existing setup is sized right. Plan on 8-12 years. A tankless system costs more up front but lasts 20+ years, uses 30-40% less gas, never runs out, and frees up the closet. Hybrid heat-pump units are a strong middle ground for all-electric homes. We walk all three on the in-home quote, no pressure. If repair makes more sense, see Water Heater Repair first - we won't push a replacement you don't need. Everything falls under our Water Heater Services hub.
How it works
How a water heater install goes
From the assessment to the final leak test - permit and inspection handled.
- 1
1. Free in-home assessment
Within 24-48 hours - same day for emergencies. We measure peak demand, check gas/electric, water hardness.
- 2
2. Two or three options
Tank, tankless, and hybrid - side by side, with financing built in. The price you sign is the price you pay.
- 3
3. Same-day install
Old unit drained and hauled away, new tank set on a code pan, gas/electric pressure-tested, T&P and expansion tank to code, full leak test.
- 4
4. 12-year parts & labor
On top of the manufacturer warranty. We pull the permit and handle inspection.
Tank leaking or just done?
Same-day swaps. Free in-home quote. Three options side by side.
Brands we install
AO Smith, Rheem, Bradford White, and State on the tank side, plus Rinnai, Navien, and Rheem on the tankless side. We size for your real demand (number of bathrooms, washer load, dishwasher) and Indiana's cold winter incoming water - not the sticker on the box. Bundling with Furnace Installation or AC Installation? Ask about combined-labor savings on the quote.
