By using polleysperfectseasons.com or requesting service from Polley's Perfect Seasons, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Service estimates and quotes

Pricing shown on the site (rebates, financing offers, "from" prices) is general guidance and subject to change. Written, itemized estimates provided after an in-home evaluation are the binding quote for any specific project.

Warranty

Our 12-year parts-and-labor warranty applies to qualifying new system installations and is subject to documented annual maintenance, normal residential use, and the manufacturer's terms for the equipment installed. Full warranty details are provided in writing at installation.

Financing and offers

Financing (including 0% for 18 months) is provided by independent third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. Promotional offers such as the Daikin Fit instant rebate and the 10% community-heroes discount apply to qualifying jobs and may change without notice. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual property

All photography, logos, and text on this site are the property of Polley's Perfect Seasons or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site itself. Liability for installed equipment and services is governed by the written warranty provided at installation.
